Personal Values: what is important to you?

Identifying what is truly important to you is a key step in identifying which behaviours and habits to nurture with the aim of cultivating a life that feels meaningful.

The Values Card Sort is a great way to tease apart your core values. It is important to note that values are different from goals. Values are deeply meaningful to you, whereas goals might or might not be in line with your values. You might want to spend time reviewing and sorting the values below into one of three categories: Very Important to Me, Important to Me, or Not Important to Me. Doing so can assist in making decisions and prioritizing actions, behaviours and your time in a way that really matches what you identify as important to you.
